RULES OF CONDUCT

  1. All students should come to the school in prescribed uniform.
  2. The school uniform should be clean, complete and well pressed.
  3. Students will daily assemble on the prayer ground for prayer at the scheduled time and stand in lines. After the prayer they will proceed to their respective class rooms.
  4. In moving from class to class, students should take care not to disturb other classes.
  5. Students should have the prescribed text books and notebooks.unauthorised text books etc. should not be used or brought in the classes.
  6. Students should arrive in the school 5 minutes before the call (starting) bell.
  7. All the students are supposed to be present in the morning assembly for attendance.
  8. All students will get into their classes immediately after the bell is rung, and take the seats assigned to them by the Class Teacher.
  9. They shall stand up, when the teacher enters the class and keep standing till the teacher takes his seat or desires them to sit down.
  10. Students shall keep their classes and the school premises clean and tidy. They shall contribute to the maintenance of the prestige and fair name of the institution. They shall not disfigure the walls, scattter bits of papers etc. on the floor, damage the school furniture, and commit any unhygienic and objectionable act. The damage of furiture & window panes. If broken by the students, would be charged from them. Any student found violating this rule shall be severely punished. The punishment may be heavy fine, suspension or even expulsion from the school.
  11. No student shall enter into the class,after the work is begun,without permission of the teacher nor he shall the leave the class without the permission of the teacher.
  12. No student will ordinarily be allowed to leave the class during the teaching periods.
  13. No student shall disturb other classes at work on the filmsy plea of getting the loan of a pencil, pen or book, etc. from any of his friends. In regard to all matters not specifically mentioned here the pupils of the school shall always conduct themselves in away not derogatory to their self - respect and to the fair name of the institution. As regards action taken against violation of these rules Principal's decision will be final and binding.

TRANSFER

  1. School fees and other dues are charged up to the month of issue of S.L.C.
  2. The School Leaving Certificate is issued only after withdrawl application is submitted by the guardian or parent, to the Principal at least three working days in advance and the students must have clearance of fees, Fines, Library, sports items, etc.
  3. Duplicate S.L.C. is issued only when the original is lost and the parents submits the following documents:-
  1. An attested copy of F.I.R. in Police Station regarding loss of original School Leaving Certificate.
  2. An affidavit from First Class Magistrate stating that
  1. The original S.L.C. No.....................dated......................in respect of Master/Miss ............................................................................................. S/o or D/o Shri.......................................................................................... resident of...................................................................................... .................................................................................................... has been lost. An F.I.R. No. ................................. dated........................... has been made in Police Station at ...........................................................
  2. Original S.L.C. has not been misused for any purpose and it will be surrendered to the head of issuing school, if traced later on.
  3. Information given above is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.

RULES OF LEAVE/ATTENDANCE

  1. No student shall absent himself from the class without obtaining prior permission of the class teacher. If Prior Permission cannot be, had on ground of health or unforseen circumsfances, an application for leave shall be sent to the class teacher, not later than the following day.
  2. All applications for leave shall be attested by the parents. Applications for leave for a period not exceeding six days shall be sent to the class teacher and for a longer period to the Principal.
  3. Applications for leave on medical grounds for more than two days shall invariably be supported by medical certificate.
  4. Leave for one period only may be granted by the teacher-in-charge of the class during that period.
    Leave for more than one period shall be obtained only from the principal.
  5. Late-comers will be suitably punished.
  6. Irregularity in attendance, unpunctuality and truancy on the parts of students will be specifically
    dealt with by the Principal on report from the class teachers.
  7. No student shall be eligible for promotion unless he or she puts in an attendance of 75% of the total number of working days in the whole year. This rule holds good in respect of Physical Education classes also. Parents are particularly requested to take note of this rule.
  8. After a long absence of 10 working days the name of student will be stuck off. The name may be re-entered after Re-Admn. fee and other fines.
