Parents are invited to school and they are requested to contact the Principal personally during the last day of the month to ascretain the progress of their children.
Parents are requested to contact only the Principal and not to go directly to the classes for any reson whatsoever. This procedure. it is hoped,will assist the school authorities in assuring the least disturbance to the efficient working of the classes.
They are requested :
to ensure that their ward(s) is/are regular & punctual.
to go through the progress reports issued to their children and co-opreate with us in remedying the defects observed.
to ensure that fees are paid in time.
All the fees should be paid by the 10th of every month.
If the payement is not made by 10th, a fine of Rs. 15/= will be charged.
Fee Counter time is 08:00 a.m to 01:30 p.m. in summer and 08:15 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. in winter.
Always bring fee card along with yourself when you come to school to deposit fee of your ward(s).
Each student is to pay 12 months fees. (April to March)
The student are not allowed to bring valuable items to school such as wristwatch, ring, chain, ear-rings, transistor, calculator, etc., If these items are lost/stolen, school authorities will not be held responsible.
If your ward(s) leave(s) the school before the school closes, on an application signed by you, school authorities wil not be held responsible for the safety of such students.
